About Bill: While working for a large regional bank, Bill started volunteering with FPP in the very early stages of the organization, helping to form its strategic plan.
Now, as FPP’s President and CEO, he continues to share his passion for empowering individuals and organizations to engender a more prosperous Floridian.
He holds a BSBA in Marketing from University of Central Florida. Bill is a proud father of three and is married to the love of his life, Emma.

About Barry: Barry feels blessed to work with FPP as part of Career 3.0.
Barry began Career 1.0 as a hospitality operations leader in theme restaurants and theme parks for nearly ten years. While with Universal Orlando Resort, he parlayed his leadership acumen into a role in Human Resources/Learning and Development, and found his passion for developing talent and leadership.
Barry spent the next fifteen years in Career 2.0 as a learning leader in a variety of industries, including real estate development, agribusiness, supply chain logistics, financial services and non-profit healthcare. During this time, he honed his principles of leadership while designing and facilitating hundreds of strategic learning initiatives and consulting with countless leaders at all levels.
In 2014, Barry boldly stepped away from corporate life to author a leadership book on volunteer engagement. This shift to Career 3.0 led to multiple non-profit service opportunities locally and across the United States, including a two-year volunteer role with Florida Prosperity Partnership.
The relationships built during that time led to the continuation of serving those who serve others with FPP.

About Rob: Rob was born in Canada where, after graduating from high school, he enjoyed a ten-year career as a corporate pilot. At the age of 30, he entered business school at the Southern Institute of Technology in Calgary, Alberta, and upon graduating, joined one of Canada's leading banks. In 1984, he was hired by NCNB National Bank in Lakeland, Florida (now Bank of America) and spent the next seventeen years in corporate lending and community development.
He became associated with the Florida Prosperity Partnership in 2011 as a Board member, eventually accepting the role of Treasurer. In 2016, he was asked to step aside from the Board to lead the FPP efforts in Polk County where they manage the Free Tax program, Matched Savings for Assets, Online Wellness and Tracked Savings.
Currently, Rob organizes, leads and/or supports a broad variety of FPP’s strategic initiatives across Florida.
He has served on the Board of Directors for The Florida Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy, the Polk County Financial Literacy Council, and past Chair of the Financial Stability Steering Committee for United Way of Central Florida.

About Loretta: Loretta comes to the Florida Prosperity Partnership after retiring in 2017 as Vice President of Community Resources for United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties, Inc. (UWVFC). She continues to serve on two non-profit boards. Loretta also has held the position of Grants Coordinator for Daytona State College. She had previously assisted in the development of the Campaign for Working Families a Financial Stability Coalition now operating under UWVFC.
Prior to moving to Florida with her family in 2003, Loretta was employed by General Electric Company in upstate New York, where she held various positions in GE Corporate Marketing Communications and GE Power Systems Manufacturing & Quality Improvement.
Loretta holds a BS in Business Management from SUNY, Empire State College, and is currently residing in Port Orange, Florida.

Engagement Resource Coordinator

About Pauline: Pauline Simmonds-Brown is a consultant and Program Facilitator for Florida Prosperity Partnership Her work currently allows her to collaborate with various government and non-government community leaders, parents, students and educators on improving post-secondary attainment in Polk, Highlands and Hardee counties, including navigating college, scholarship and FAFSA applications.
With a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida and a Master of Science from the University of Central Michigan, her career path in healthcare has afforded her roles as a Team Leader, Director of Technical Services, Director of Quality Assurance, District Executive Director and Area Director in various health systems.
Pauline is engaged through various boards and committees including United Way of Central Florida, The Catholic Charities of Central Florida Western Region Advisory Board, Polk Vision, Paul A Diggs-Save Our Children Campaign, Toastmasters International and Free Life Chapel.
